I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine and XXX:

Bridging appeared to work correctly.  However, after providing a Custom menu link name of Forum and the forum index for the Custom menu link URL, whenever anyone clicks on the new Forum link in Coppermine, they appear to be logged off in the phpBB forum.  What is strange is that using a tabbed interface such as Opera, if I already had a window open to the main forum, it remains logged in even after refreshing the page, but the page generated from the Coppermine remains logged out.  When clicking the forum link back to the Gallery, Coppermine shows that the member is still logged in...

I have this option working in another phpBB forum using an older Coppermine version (1.4.eight) and older phpBB version (2.0.19) and it would be nice to be able to get this option working correctly in the new phpBB forum (2.0.22) using 1.4.10...

I delete all the cookies to the domain in my browser but that failed to resolve the problem...

Coppermine install: http://www.formula1home.com/cpg1410/index.php
Forum install: http://formula1home.com/forum/index.php
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.10
Forum version: phpBB 2.0.22
Test user account: coppermine / testuser

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://formula1home.com/forum
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../forum/
Use post-based groups?:  1
Cookie name/preifx phpbb2mysql

Bridging is not enabled so I cannot test anything. Use a local link to your forum ie. /forum/ or ../forum/ instead of a full URL. That will prevent you switching visitors from one domain to another. Alternatively set your forum to use cross subdomain cookies ie .domain.com

Hey Nibbler.  Thanks for the quick response.  I can't believe that I forgot to enable the bridging before I took off.  It's enabled now though.  I'm sorry for that brain-dead moment...

The problem seems to have shifted.  The bridging isn't working at all now...

Your forum does not seem to be working. Fix that first.

NightriderXP

It seems to be working now.  What kind of problem did you see?  I imagine that it was a temporary host problem that they quickly corrected.  I haven't had to do anything to correct whatever problem you saw...

Your forum's link should not have index.php at the end. That is what was causing the problem for me. Set your forum's cookie domain to .domain.com so that it works both with and without the www.

NightriderXP

Yep, that seems to have worked.  As always, you have been a huge help Nibbler.  I definitely appreciate your quick, helpful, and courteous assistance...

Thanks for your help once again...
