How can i let unregistered users upload pictures to galleries?

I have set the "Visitors can upload pictures" to YES in a few albums, but unregistered users dont have the "upload picture" tab in the menu, and if i try to access /upload.php i get:
You don't have permission to perform this operation.

You have to change the group permissions for the anonymous group.  In admin mode, click on groups in the admin menu.
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here
