Coppermine content/links not showing after upgrade

I recently upgraded to 1.4.10, and when I did, some errors appeared with my site. It's a little hard to explain, but basically, everything I uploaded or wrote individually, is there, but the standard Coppermine images and text (except the 'Powered by..' at the bottom) is missing. The Images folder and contents seem to be correctly uploaded.

The part at the top right hand, where the 'Register' 'Search' etc. links are, is blank, the one exception is after I log in (which I have to do by entering myurl/login.php directly to my browser), my username is visible. The part below this, with the administrator links (to the admin, album and category manager, etc. pages) is sort of missing, there are tiny gray squares instead of the regular links (although the squares are clickable). The text at the very bottom, where it says 'last uploaded' and the total number of images is gone. When I click on categories, all the album info (the info I added myself) is there, but the line under each album where it says the number of photos is gone, and the links at the top visible to admin, where you edit each album, are also missing. On the various admin pages, it's the same thing, in that the Coppermine images don't show up, although some pages do work. The category manager page works fine. In the album manager, I can delete and rename albums, but the button to create a new album is missing. The admin page is blank except for two arrows, but clicking on them does nothing.

I am using the classic style, with a new header and footer (php) and my own logo. I have searched the forum, but can't find exactly this problem. I wasn't sure if this should go in Upgrade or Themes, sorry. Thank you for any advice you can give.

You're trying to use the sample theme, which is not meant to be used live, but just for reference (http://www.fabfivefans.com/photos/themes/classic/template.html contains reference to sample, that's how I found out).
You appear to have renamed the sample theme to "classic", which is not a bright idea neither.

Anyway, your gallery displays fine for me (using the german language file), but fails to work using english, so you either failed to upload the proper english language file or it got corrupted. Upload a fresh copy of the english language file that comes with cpg1.4.10, overwriting the one on your server (http://www.fabfivefans.com/photos/lang/english.php)

Thanks a bunch, that fixed it. I could tell it was something like that, I just couldn't quite figure it out. Sorry for being dumb.
