High consumption of the server

I need to change the archives thumbnails.php and displayimage.php for another server therefore is consuming very bandwith of the server, who to know some form please informs me. 

Already I tried <? include "http://www.outroserver.com/thumbnails.php";? > but did not give certain.

To save resources in the main server, I want to transfer to the archives thumbnails.php and displayimage.php to a secondary server,    
therefore the site has 1.000.000 of Page more than views for month.

You can't include thumbnails.php and displayimage.php from another site , that doesn't work also you can't use remote storage for you gallery

In these aquivos (thumbnails.php and displayimage.php) has some lines that I can take off to be lighter. Already I took off all the commentaries and spaces.

Removing Comments or spaces doesn't help neither , if you have bandwidth issue then you should

- Disable hot linking (http://www.htaccesstools.com/hotlink-protection/)
- Use smaller image size
- Buy extra bandwidth

Tenho 250GB de bandwidth, o site consome por mês 150GB. O problema está ocorrendo no horário de pico. Uma solução seria limitar o uso em determinado horário (13:00 --> 22:00 hours). É possível?

Correction:

I have 250GB of bandwidth, the site consumes for month 150GB. The problem is occurring in the peak schedule. A solution would be to limit the use in definitive schedule (13: 00 --> 22:00 hours). It is possible?

As suggested: Coppermine doesn't support remote storage. Not sure what you mean. We can't help you with your resources limitations. Sami already adviced what to do.
