Fatal error

Folks I a newbie here....My gallery has been up for months now and working great.  Then just today I go to access it and I have Fatal error with nothing else.  Doing some homework and I found out that I should look at the debug mode via the admin screen but I don't even have access to it via web interface.  Is there away to do it via CLI?  How do I get to know what is the fatal error.....is there a log file I can look at.  Maybe I can SSH to my box and look at a log file.  Any help will be appreciated.

OK....did some more homework....found the tutorial on how to go to debug mode and did it and this is what I get.

What does this mean?  I searched this fourm and I am lost as to what this mean and how to fix it.  Any help would be great.
