I've followed the instructions for creating custom thumbnails to link to my videos, and they show up perfectly. However, the thumbnail images themselves also appears on the pages, which looks very confusing.

I created a sub folder in the albums directory, FTP'd my SWF and Image files to that folder. I then Batch-Add all the files (SWF & JPG). Have I done something wrong somewhere along the line?

Don't batch add the thumbnail. Just the SWF.

Ok, I removed all the files and started from scratch. All the files are in the same folder, in this instance I only Batch-Added the SWF files, and the custom thumbnails don't show.

You probably don't have the correct name. Post a link to the SWF and the thumbnail you are expecting to see.

Right, so you need to name it thumb_maroke.jpg
