Hi,

This is my first installation of Coppermine and everything has gone really smooth.  I successfully modded it with minimal stress.  Anyway, I have no problem with the "Powered by Coppermine..." link and I really appreciate the fabulous work of Stramm with the Mod Pack.  However, does the "Modded by" link have to be there?  I didn't see any notifications that it had to remain intact, but I'm not sure how to remove it either.

Thanks for your help,
Jack

Give credit where credit is due - leave it intact. Won't hurt anyway, don't you agree?

Visual Harmony

It's not that I have a problem giving credit.  It's just that the page it links to has borderline adult content (e.g. Babes album) as well as annoying pop-ups.  The client I am setting this up for is a professional photographer and I don't want to give her visitors the wrong idea if they are to follow that link.  Is there anything that can be done?

Joachim Müller

OK, that is understandable. Stramm, would it be acceptable to change the "modded by Stramm" link pointing to your announcement thread here on the board?

Thanks Stramm and GauGau.  Can you please tell me how I can go about changing it?

Visual Harmony

I figured out how to do it.  I will leave the "Powered by Coppermine..." link intact and I will not post anything on the board or anywhere else about how I did it.  Thanks for your help.
