problems after upgrade from 1.3.1 to 1.4.13

after i have updated coppermine to 1.4.13
i get this problem
Notice: Could not open '/tmp/xdebug_1190573506_684.txt', filesystem said: No such file or directory in C:\apache2\htdocs\numzadk\billeder\include\debugger.inc.php on line 38
and i cant login

whats wrong ?

Looks like an xdebug issue, not a Coppermine one.

Either address the xdebug issue or turn down error reporting level in php.ini

so if i fix that problem i can login again
because at the monent it just goes back to the frontpage after i login and nothing happens

Yeah. The notice prevents the cookies working. Once you hide it then login will work.
