If I upload a single file it shows as it should but if I upload by ftp It look like this. The pic is there because if I enter the Crop and rotate I see the pic.
Please help me I have been checking the forum for day's now.

Yes. In fact, you should do as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs.
