Internal Server Error Updating from 1.4.12 to 1.4.13

Isn't the first time that i update my coppermine gallery, all the other times, i haven't any problem, this time, i have do the same things, backup anycontent.php album directory and include/config.inc.php

i have upload al files except album directory and the 2 above, but when i run update.php i'w got this error...

Check perms on update.php. What does the server error log say?

Thanks, i've change the perms and i make update.php rwx it was only rw- and now it works, i've must do the same thing with versioncheck.php and login.php

The perms must be 777 or 775?

Depends on your webserver setup. There can be no generalized recommendations. Read up the permission section of the docs to figure out details instead of trying to hijack an unrelated, solved thread.
