I`ve got a big problem with cpmFetch

I hope you'll understand me. My English isn't very well. I have got a problem with cpmFetch. I install it on my webserver. the testfile is correctly, here is the link: http://harry.kilu.de/gallery/cpmfetch/install.php?do=install&force=true. I took the 2nd code

And this file I inlclude my header.php with this code
