Members can not upload

I have CPG intergrated with phpbb, I have modified group permissions so everyone can upload images but for some reason. Members can only upload to their personal gallery, when they click upload it gives the error

Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files

Create / order my albums

Also, members can create their personal albums and upload to them fine, but it wont allow my admin account to, wether set as admin or user mode.

Please search the board before posting - these are common questions.

You need to allow public uploads on the groups page and then create some albums with 'visitors can upload files' enabled in their album properties.

Admins use the main album manager to create their personal albums.

Public Album uploads are enabled for everyone, but how do you edit album permissions as I honestly can not find anything except albums on the admin bar, but that only allows you to rename albums.

There is a button next to each album on index.php that says properties.

Thanks, I did not realise you had to click the visitor upload box.
