I have been using Coppermine for years and use batch add function for all.  I uploaded files and created my 76th album and went to batch add and received the following error
Quote
There are no folders inside the "albums" folder yet. Make sure to create at least one custom folder within "albums" folder and ftp-upload your files there. You mustn't upload to the "userpics" nor "edit" folders, they are reserved for http uploads and internal purposes.

The host sever is unix and not windows though I did a search and found suggestions to turn off browse interface but this did not work either.

Not sure why all of a sudden I am getting this message.  I checked permissions and they are set to 777 on the albums folder and the particular album as well.

Post a deep link to one of the files you're trying to batch-add.

http://corvettechallenge.info/cpg133/ times out for me. Using the classic theme (http://corvettechallenge.info/cpg133/?theme=classic) works fine. Might be theme-related. You appear to be using the theme eyeball. Your issues might get solved if you do as suggested and upgrade. And while you're at it, we might as well check if regular http uploads work, so please do as suggested in the docs sections "upload troubleshooting" and "asking for support on upload issues".

Thanks.  I will upgrade and see what happens.  I thought it might be theme releated and I tried with the classic them in addition to eyeball and got the same result.  I have no intention of letting anyone upload via http but I will try that and report back.

After doing the upgrade I still had the same problem.  I then did reading of the upload trouble shooting.  Nothing seemed to work.  I did some comparison to other coppermine installations on other web sites I have and found the problem.

For some reason, this site had The Album Directory and The Directory for User File in the Files and Thumbnails Advanced Settings with a full web address rather than the relative address.  I have no recollection changing them but I must have since I am the only admin.

Thanks for the help.
