I have mistakingly reset my gallery to factory defaclt settings and now I am banned from it how do I reverse this

I have mistakingly reset my gallery to factory default settings and now I am banned from it how do I reverse this
I now have the log in and password box on my site when people try to access my gallery
And when I try to get in it doesn't accept my login details any more

You can debanne yourself from your PhpMyAdmin app.

Not at all unless you have a backup. Factory reseting means exactly what the name suggests: you now have a vanilla gallery. Register as a new user and then promote that user to admin (using phpMyAdmin) to gain access again if you don't have a backup.
