In lang/german.php and lang/german_sie.php

Please fix for next release.

Thanks for the report. Typo fixed in SVN for cpg1.4.x, so this fix will go into cpg1.4.20.
Typo doesn't exist in cpg1.5.x, so no correction needed there.
