I guess most devs are busy preparing for "landing" of cpg1.2.0 - the theming has slightly changed in 1.2.0, so we'll take care of the user contributed themes once the "eagle has landed".
Could you explain what exactly is the difference between your theme and the "tweaked" version except the voting gifs?

the tweek is infact just a tweek... originally it didn't include the graphics or anything like that, the tweek i believe just contained one file to add to the orignal hardwired theme.

The only difference is that the tweaked version has a new line (at the very beginning, immediately after the credits) saying:
