Dont flame me ^^

I did use search and came up with some good results.. but im really new to alot of this so i want to request help in basci form... so if you dont mind helping a newbie then post a reply please and thank you!

my question is, which i found possible, is displaying coppermine in an iframe, and i read that its not such a good idea.
But i want to give it a try anyways.

My question is what excatly goes in: link.html

<iframe src="link.html" name="stats" scroll="no"
frameborder="0" height="403" width="644"></iframe></td>

also i read throught out the forums a small add on to coppermine...
where it will display pics on the website and leave a link to the full version of coppermine.

Like for instance some sort of software that will place random pics, lets say in an iframe and enable me to add a link above it so users can access the full version of coppermine to add pics etc....

Any help and/or suggestions are needed thanks!
goodnight :P

Aw go on, let me.

To make it easier for others to use this forum for support via the search function the rules are only one question per thread. I'm sure you can understand why.

The "link.html" you refer to is a link to the page you wish to be displayed inside your iFrame. So in this case it is a link to your coppermine installation.

iFrames are a simple way to achieve fitting your gallery into your website but have many drawbacks as you will find out once you start using them. It is far better to build a custom theme for your site. It is actually very simple to do and there are loads of threads on here going through all the ways to do it.

For part 2 of your question check this.

It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.
