I don't know if we can already do this with copper if not, it would be good if we can send a mail (in the admin section) to all the members to inform them about the latest updates or new features ect ...

there's a hack that let's you do this, search the mods/hacks board for it. Something similar may be in a future version of coppermine (at least I have it on my to-do list :wink: ).
