Your initial question seems to be how to edit the text "Powered by Coppermine". Simple answer is: we won't tell. You're not allowed to. Add text above it or below it, but don't edit that line.

To add text below it, edit themes/yourtheme/template.html (as suggested many times before already) and add your text right after the token {GALLERY}
