It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.

Did you read the manual first???? Taking 2 minutes to backup your files can save you hours of wondering what you screwed up.

Can you use a FTP app? Can you use phpmyadmin?

If you can then it is quite easy. If not then you will need to do a bit of learning. Maybe get someone to sit with you and do it. Once you have done it once you will find it very easy in future.

Have you done anything to your gallery yet or did it just go blank on it's own?

The first thing to do is connect to your coppermine install with the ftp app and copy all the files to your desktop.

Then you need to make a backup of you mysql database. You probably have an app for doing this provided by your host. Check in your control panel.

It is important you learn how to do this anyway as if/when your site gets hacked or problems you will always be able to restore from backups.
