I've had a couple users in the past month contact me to let me know they couldn't access my photo gallery due to their virus protection blocking it.  They can get to the site but can't access the galleries.  I've only had a few people contact me about this but many more probably don't contact me.  I can't duplicate the problem on any other machine I have access to.

Has anyone else had this problem?  Is there something wrong with their browser (I suspect there is).  This just started happening, as far as I know.  I know the gallery is being accessed by some since it's tracking hundreds of photo views.  I'm just worried it's turning away more people than have contacted me.  I'm using FireFox but I've tried every version of IE I can find and just can't duplicate the error (This makes me believe it's their virus protection).

Thanks for the help.

If visiting your gallery is activating people's virus blocker it sounds like your gallery may have had hidden code injected, ie. hacked.

But to be sure one would need to see the gallery in question.

Yes, you are running an outdated version of Coppermine and were hacked as a result. Perform the cleanup steps described in the link Hein posted.
