Mr-Cute

hey i post this topics from few days
http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,58736.0.html

i was asking how can USERS create Albums inside my CATEGORY not in User galleries

i go to
Coppermine config -> User settings -> Allow users to retain control over their pics in public galleries -> Yes , and i save

and i go to Groups Permissions : under Public albums upload
Allowed   Yes
Approval   No

and under Personal albums
Allowed   No
Approval   No

i signin with another username ( normal user ) i try to create album its created in [Home > User galleries > username>albumname]

if u plz admin , did u get my point ?
i wanna give my USERS permission to CREATE Albums inside my CATEGORY

or HOW CAN I MOVE ALBUMS from USER CATEGORY >>> To PUBLIC CATEGORY ?

In other words: non-admins can not create albums in public categories, but only inside their personal galleries. Has been asked and answered very often already.

Damn, that's not right, is it? ???
Isn't there any possibility to enable the function to allow users to upload in another category? Will this feature be included in future versions?
I customized my gallery for hours and now tried to configure the settings and found this thread. If this really doesn't work coppermine seems to be unsuitable for me...

Sorry for this post, but I just wanna be sure before searching for another application.

Will be in cpg1.5.x, but there's no scheduled release date yet. No hack, no workaround for cpg1.4.x.
This being said, you will probably have to look for another app if this is the kill criteria, sorry.
