Hello there,

I have had this problem for some time and couldn't work out how to resolve it, so I finally decided to ask here, hoping someone can help :)

My Coppermine Gallery was hacked into last month due to some security vulnerabilites that were rectified in 1.4.23. However, ever since I had the gallery upgraded to 1.4.23 the immediate photos are no longer working, and by that I mean it's not being identified when displaying images.

Eg. http://kayascodelario.net/photos/displayimage.php?album=57&pos=0

As you can see the full version of the photo is being displayed as oppose to the immediate.

Initially I thought it was because the immediate photos option was disabled in the configuration, but having checked that my settings are correct, and the immediate photos should be displayed. Furthermore, the immediate photos are being generated when photos are uploaded:

Eg. http://kayascodelario.net/photos/albums/photoshoots/portraits/001/normal_Kaya_Scodelario_001.jpg

I have checked the forum and couldn't find a resolution to this problem.

Can someone please assist?

Thank you :)

Hi again,

My friend has also identified that sometimes the thumbnail is displaying instead of the full or immediate photo:

Eg. http://kayascodelario.net/photos/displayimage.php?album=58&pos=1

Thanks!

Rebuild the intermediates using admin tools.

Unless I am being completely stupid - I have already tried this.
What are the exact steps you speak of so I can double check?
Thanks in advance

You seem to have the intermediate size set very small. Make sure that it is set correctly. Default is 400.

In our config it is set as follows:

Max width or height of an intermediate picture/video **   400

Or is this not the part you mean?

As you might see, I have now temporarily converted the theme back to the default 'classic' version. It seems that the bad images were a conflict with our coding (i did not do this myself so i wasn't aware this would be the problem).

Sorry for the hassle, and thank you for your help!
