new to coopermine need help with new album permissions

Hello, Please be patient with me, I am VERY new to all of this an really needing some help. I have purchased a store that was already set up with a Coppermine Gallery and bridged to a Simple Machines Forum. I am wanting to create new albums for the Designers so they can post their scrapbook layouts etc to them. But, I can create them, but no body can see them as an option to upload too. I can see them in admin mode but not user mode. I am assuming it is a permission issue, but I don't see the album properties anywhere. Again, I am thinking that is because it is bridged with the forum. But, then how do I set the permissions? Congratulations on your acquisition. You have a little work and learning to do!

You will find the Documents/manual to be very helpful - I will try to point you in the right direction to get you started.

1) The very first thing you must do is update/upgrade the version of Coppermine your gallery is running.

2) After you upgrade look at Groups Control Panel (where you assign permissions)
