Make any category to home category os any user...

Hi,

I make an category. I like when an specific user create new albums ever appear in this category, not in the default users category.

How i configure this?

Non-admins can not create albums in public (admin-created) categories.
Has been asked and answered many times over. The answer remains the same no matter how often it get's posted. Another thing that postings like yours trigger is the reply "read board rules and respect them"!
