Whenever I try and use the Batch Upload option I only get to the point where has already asked me to choose an album to put them in and then it lists all the images out with the thumbnail next to it, except for me the thumbnail does not show up, just this little square with a red x in it.

As for uploading the images into my FTP (in order for me to use the Batch Upload option) it allows me to do that, then I am able to Chmod both the folder I uploaded and the interior files like I'm supposed to but then shows this error (and I'm assuming that's what is causing problems when I try to actually upload these files on my site.)

I'm not sure what the problem is, as this was an all of a sudden thing - I had no problems before doing this.

Test account doesn't work for me. Review.
You're running cpg1.4.23, while the most recent stable release currently is cpg1.4.26, so you need to upgrade first!

Oops, that's because I have fixed the problem and forgot to mention that.

Thanks though.

We'd apprciate it if you resolved your thread properly: posting what you actually did to solve your issue and marking your thread as solved (as indicated in Board rules: Resolve your threads) for the benefit of others with similar issues will cause suppporters to be more willing to look into potential future issues you might encounter.

I emailed my host and she fixed the problem.

Turned out to be a problem on their end, I believe she told me that she upgraded ImageMagic (I think that's what it was called) on her server.

It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.
