Custom registration plugin

We are an online site supplying news photos to the global press.

We are setting up a new website where suppliers, competition participants and customers need to register and have a problem finding the correct full but yet simple registration plugin.
We think that a custom plugin needs to be created.

Required fields:

*First & Surnames

*Business or Private

*If Business, business Name

*Full Address (needs to fit for International addresses)

*Next largest city

Business Address if different to above

*Username

*Email address

*Contact number(s) mobile/home/office

*Supplier/Competition or Purchaser (next level based on the tick)

If Supplier:
*Date of birth (pulldown)

*Male/Female

*Type of camera (Brand/model pulldown)

Any other relevant information (field)

Experience (Field)

Website

*Own Transport (Yes/No)

If Purchaser:
*Type of business (Media related pulldown)

Size of business (pulldown amount of people)

Any other relevant information (field)

(* Required field)

I think that this is about it but maybe you have some additional ideas!

If part of this is not possible then we can work around this!

Please let me know how much this will cost and of course how long to put together.

So you already have a custom registration plugin? It might help to post a link to your gallery where possible freelancers can see you current registration process.

Thanks for your reply, actually we don't have a custom plugin just a standard which does not have the capabilities or options that we require!

Ok so is there any specific type of dealing which you are included in your website. The name, address are common things, other than this anything required for registration, I mean some type of legal document.
