and why the keywords link changed?

Disable the SEF_urls plugin or ask for support in the appropriate plugin thread.

No. I told you to ask your question in the plugin announcement thread of the SEF_URLs plugin. Instead you started this identical thread with the same mistake (more than one question). Please read and follow our board rules.

If I'd know the 'solution' without having a deeper look at the plugin I'd already had told you. I already told you why you get a 404 error in the other thread.
