Chosen album photo not working with Lastalb run

I wanted to ask about the album photo which you can set in the album properties. In one of my coppermine, the album image is the "image" for latest albums too. It's hard to explain but I'll show an example:

In my other coppermine: http://kristinphotos.us/index.php?cat=10
I chose this pink photo to be my album photo and it works with the latest album above too.

In my new coppermine (the trouble one): http://nicolerichiefan.org/photos/index.php?cat=21
I chose (Ben Watts (Marie Claire UK Magazine) an album photo which doesnt go with the lastalb one...

How do I put the setting so all my album image goes with the lastalb image?
