Restarting Admin tools "

Hi, I was in the middle of updating my thumbnails since I re-sized the dimensions of thumbnails in Config (from 100x100 to 150x150).  I started the Admin tool to "Update thumbs and/or resized photos."  See Screenshot 1 Admin tools.  While it was running, all the way to picture #3460, my form token got timed out.  See Screenshot 2 Error.  Is there a way for me to restart the admin tool from a certain picture?

I've since reset my form token lifetime to 90000, so hopefully it will never time out!  But for future reference, what should I do?

You need to replace the bold parts with valid data:

You get valid data e.g. when you start the admin tools a second time.
