Hi,
www.forum.rblr.co.uk/gallery

my ISP has moved my websites to a new server, they moved everything, html, forum, mail, databases, and everything is working fine except for one aspect of the gallery. No pictures are being displayed.

I am running the latest version of the gallery.

I have updated the database, all fine.
I have tried to reload dimensions and size information - File albums/userpics/10001/richardfairbairn_Picturerblr_021~0.jpg does not exist!
I have tried to Update thumbs and/or resized photos - ERROR creating: albums/userpics/10001/thumb_richardfairbairn_Picturerblr_021~0.jpg

Using FTP I can see thta the files are present in the location they are supposed to be.

I know the database is okay as the categories and album names and file names are still in place, but it thinks the files do not exist.

Please help.

Sounds like a permission issue to me. Please make sure that the PHP user has at least read access to the albums directory and its contents.

Hi,

Thanks for the speedy reply.

If I understand you correctly, all folder permissions are 777 and file permissions are 666.

If that is not whatyou mean, please elaborate.

Thanks

Your gallery is currently in offline mode. However, yesterday I was able to access that file: http://www.forum.rblr.co.uk/gallery/albums/userpics/10001/richardfairbairn_Picturerblr_021~0.jpg

Today I get an 404 HTTP code, so I guess you changed something? What happens with newly uploaded files. Will they be displayed as expected?

Sorry, other faults in another database presented and so I wiped the site and went for a backup. In Coppermines case  I have gone for a reinstall.

Thaks ofr your time.
