hey Folks

Is it possible to set up a basic markup for structured data and rich snippets on copper mine? It seems the structure of cpg would work well, with Breadcrumbs, and the http://schema.org/Photograph markup, as well as author or person. I tried to get it working but it's beyond me.

That would seem to me to be a good feature for cpg to include, if possible?

Thanks

Carl

Hey André

I've been reading about structured data and how it works, and I don't fully understand it either. I've put some code on a static pages is about all. But the search engines do seem to like it. So maybe  few custom fields that include options for easily adding structured data to pages, whether it's album/category pages, or whether it's image display pages ....it could call photo descriptions from the title or the description, or have a manual option.

here's a page from Bing about Breadcrumbs and Structured Data:
http://www.bing.com/webmaster/help/markup-breadcrumbs-72419f3f

and this one is a good example as well:

I half understand it, but don't know how to populate the cpg pages with that data and code. schema.org has options to add for photos, videos, author/person, ratings, etc .. it seems it would implement well for cpg, from what little I understand.

Does that make sense?
