I would like to have the thumbnails in an album sorted on filename, so I set the default sort of the thumbnails to "name ascending".

All files start with the date that the picture is taken in the format: "yyyymmdd<some more text>.jpg". So the thumbnails should be sorted on the date that the picture was taken. Sadly that doesn't happen. When you open the list where you can change the order of the pictures, it is perfectly sorted (as long you don't change anything of course), but in the album-view sadly not.

Am I doing something wrong?

The album I am refering to is located at: http://www.rberkers.nl/CopperMine/thumbnails.php?album=4

Thanks for any help or suggestions.

Cheers,
Rob.

They appear sorted for me.  Perhaps your browser cache is showing you an old view.

Darn  ;D

You are right! I just looked on another desktop and there they thumbnails are indeed sorted (except the very last picture, but that is because there is an mistake in the filename, so that can be explained as well. I have to reload that file with the correct filename).

So luckily there is no problem at all!

Thank you for having a look at it!

Cheers,
Rob.
