Hello,
I have been trying to move the coppermine gallery from old database server to newer one but I keep getting parsing errors on the website.
Some characters are not displaying properly in comments and image titles...
I have set $CONFIG['dbcharset'] = 'latin1'; to accommodate the old charset on older database server but some characters are still not displaying properly...
I am thinking because some Slovenian characters are not covered under https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO/IEC_8859-1 (latin1). 
Is there anything I can do so I can finally retire the old database server?

Example:
�? it should be displayed as č
Any advice?
