Trouble Uploading...

I try and to upload a couple files and when I go and choose and album for them to go in there's the red x and the file can't be uploaded. This is happening in admin. and user mode. Nothing is fixing it so...any help would be great thanks!

post a link and test user account (non-admin) with upload privileges. Turn on debug mode (for everyone) in coppermine config.
