<a href="index.php?site=cpg/">forum</a>
Could it be the extra slash after cpg? Also, the text pointing to cpg will say forum.

If that doesn't help, please provide a link to the page.

gloryj

ohh i just didn't changed the forum thing
i probably need the slash because the gallery is in an extra folder cpg
i change it to <a href="index.php?site=cpg/index">forum</a> but it's still not working.

The link is working. I see a page that says:
Quote
Coppermine Photo Gallery seems not to be installed correctly, or you're running coppermine for the first time. You'll be redirected to the installer. If your browser doesn't support redirect, click here.

The gallery isn't installed properly. You should try to get the gallery working properly before having it linked to another page. Are you sure that you uploaded all files? Due to installation failure, the page was supposed to redirect to the install page, but that resulted in a page not found error.

gloryj

yeah it's working but not correctly
http://mitglied.lycos.de/gloryj0810/page/cpg/index.php the gallery is working
i just can't link it like i want

You can't simply include coppermine into another file, it won't work that way without modification.
