Have you done a search for this problem?  You also need to post more than the debug information - what were you doing, what happened, admin or normal user, batch or regular upload, etc etc.

I was logged in as admin just doing my first upload to test out the gallery.  I had just specified the ImageMagick path because it was giving me grief with the path at startup.

go to groups setting and switch to single file uploads temporarily. Then try to upload again. This should give you a more detailed error message. Post this error message (not the debug output) here.
