when i'm try to use coppermine editor i got this message (after process done)

premmision denied in home/mydomain/public_html/4noa/piceditor.php on line 159

why ?

how can i slove this  ?

1) CHMOD as suggested in the docs
2) Don't use non-latin chars for folder names nor files, your webserver wasn't built to use hebrew chars for folders, nor was your OS.
