Album Comments?

Is there a way to have comments on the Album, but not on the individual Images?

Oh, and what a killer program you have, this is by far one of the easiest to setup and nicest items "out of the box" I've ever installed.

sorry: there has been a similar request on the old board, but at the moment this is not possible - it'd require changes in the database and a lot of files, so there's no easy hack for this.

I had a feeling that'd be the case.

I do have another question in that case...

Is is possible to have comments only available for a particular image in each album and not for all the images in the album(s)?

The reason why, is that I'm using this software to allow bands/musicians/artists the ability to post images from the road, with an album for each gig.  However, I'd like to not have the comments split up amongst the several images.  This is because we want to utilize the comments for the shows, and not necessarily for the images themselves, kind of as a tour review.  I have a script that does this presently, but it's clunky and unfriendly for anyone except me to use.  Coppermine is definitely a dream come true.

sorry, again: no.
comments enable/disable can only be set for each album (comment all pics inside abum vs. comment no pics inside album). Maybe you can toy with your album structure?
