Do i have to redo all my galleries?

I was using Coppermine, and then i had to change all my server related passwords because of a security problem.

So of course, the database password that I was using, is now invalid and the script no longer runs.  I do not want to have to set up all the galleries and albums all over again.  Is there a way to update my database password?
