不知道有沒有發現，在CPG1.32版本中中文語言檔chinese_big5-utf8中，可能轉成UTF-8沒轉好，如果選擇這個語言檔都會有亂碼
我把他重轉一次，這個檔案就可以用了....
下載 chinese_big5-utf8.php.txt
下載完後更改檔名成為 chinese_big5-utf8.php 去覆蓋掉原檔案
就可以正常的使用繁體中文的UTF-8編碼了!!

官方已經知道了, 不只是繁體的有問題, 其他的也有
官方正在考慮用其他方法轉檔
