Looking for assistant web coders

I'm an admin of a site called Mod N Mod (http://www.modnmod.com/). The site deals with news, reviews, interviews and more on modifications for mainly first person shooters.
What are are looking for is any coder who has good php/mysql skills in order to help our lead coder who is currently coding a new design for the site and new features.
The only payment we're able to give at the moment is free hosting with a lot of space and bandwidth and a full support of emails/ftp/mysql and so on (basically like a regular paid host only for free). No ad banners or anything are required.
