Users do not have permission to upload - no matter what

This is very frustrating. All the settings have been gone over a hundred times, everything should be set up to allow un-registered users to view albums, and registered (non-admin) users to upload, comment, and rate. However it still doesn't work, here is the debug report, can someone help me fix this?

Post how you have the settings at the moment, a link to your site and test user account. Also your php needs updating.

Well, I thought what I sent above "debug" was what you needed to view settings. I have allowed in config registered users and admin to upload files. the album ports and others as mentioned in FAQ are set to 755. I don't know what else you want to know other than what is in "debug". I did set up account for you to use in your test:

username: test
password: test

Please let me know if there are any settings you want to know. Or, if you need admin access, give me your e-mail and I will send you another username and password.

One thing I think needs to be mentioned. I know that a registered user can create his/her own album which he may upload to. This is not the issue. To my knowledge, a registered user also has the ability to upload (if allowed by admin, which is the case) to the public album(s). This is what I would like to enable.

In your public album, you have Visitors can upload files set to yes?

Admin and Registered users are both set to "yes" (can upload files). I think registered is what you meant by visitors. Anyway, all the others are set to know (banned, anon) Any ideas?

In the actual album properties page for the album you wish to allow uploads to, have you set it to allow uploads ? (option: Visitors can upload files).

Well, nibb I have done that too. The only wierd thing is that it is unclear how to make this setting. From FAQ on coppermines website I understood that I was supposed to type the word "yes" (obviously without the quotation marks) in the form line. I have tried this and after entering "yes" I click the button to update the album. Now, when I click that button it brings the page back without the word typed there. It does not show the word "yes" at all. So, I don't know if that means the setting isn't made or it just isn't visable. It then takes me to a page that says:

"No update needed - File: /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/armenianancestry.com/httpdocs/photos.armenianancestry.com/db_input.php - Line: 182 "

It should be radio buttons, if there is just a box there then you may be using a modified version of coppermine provided by your host. You should download the package from here, and replace all files on your server with those from the package, retaining only your config.inc.php and anycontent.php if you have modified it. Then you should get the proper options displayed.
