Hy,

after I implement the code to read the IPTC Data of my pictures I am very happy because I have a large number of pictures with IPTC Data, but the Data of some files changed maybe every Week because some of my family add new keywords or so to the jpg files.

We do the IPTC Data edit with Programs like iView Media, and upload the edit images to our  webserver again. Now I want
a cronjob every day that reimport all my directories - or myabe a command line command to reimport one directory.

If I use the batch-import function he don't reimport existing files again. I must first delete them and import them again, but this
is a very hard and long way :-(

Second, when I delete the image I lost all comments and so on, but I only need a reread of the IPTC Data and make a update in the database.

Anybody knows a resolution?

Regards from Munich (Germany)
Sven!
