Corel-Draw Format

How can I integrate Corel-Draw-Files?
In Database I added first:
filetypes:
cdr application/cdr document
I also createt a preview-Thumbnail - OK
upload was OK after this changes !
But the server did not handle my request to download the file
(how to config the MIME-Types of corel-draw files .cdr
