putting feelers out for who is good w/ all 3 as this is what my site contains...

I have no design skills what so ever and am tossing around the idea of paying to have a Off Road theme created..   I have the basic layout the way i like it.  Its just getting the design aspect of it down..   I dont have a budget as i dont know what the going rate is for something like this?

Can you put some details for this job? Your ideas, preferred colors, or something else? The price for this work may be approximately $75-120, but first I need to have more info :)

Off roadish type theme... this is a group of guys from the northwest region who like to go offroading in the forests and what not...

I would have to say earthy colors maybe some foliage maybe some dirt... i dunno im just a computer geek w/ no graphic skills. :D 

Again im just throwing out the idea not quite too sure if i want to go thru w/ it.  You would have full reign on design... just gotta stick w/ the off-roadish feel.. :D

Ok, now I have some ideas.. I need a week to komplete this work. If $90 for this work is ok, on Wednesday-Thursday I'll make first screenshots.
