My english is not very well, but i will try....

I install the programm complete. it works under http://www.nurgut.net/diaperfun/

Problem: when i want to change the config in the admin aerea i became this massage: 404 File not found.  

The adress I see than is: http://www.nurgut.net/config.php and not http://www.nurgut.net/diaperfun/config.php´
officely the some rong parameter for the folder part? Who can help!?

When i klick on e-card it comes the massage: Es können derzeit keine eCard-Einträge gefunden werden. Überprüfe, ob die Aufzeichung von eCards in den Einstellungen aktivert wurde!

Something wrong with your server vars. Either find

in your include/init.inc.php and find a substitute or some way to fix it or contact your server admin.

Is ecard target pointing to your gallery?

You're not meant to klick the "display ecards" link in the admin menu, but to check the setting mentioned in coppermine's config. When posting coppermine error messages, temporarily switch to english (by accessing http://www.nurgut.net/diaperfun/?lang=english after you have uploaded the english language file)
