I must be missing something

I can't seem to upload pictures so I went through the upload troubleshooting tutorial and searched numerous threads on here and haven't found an answer.  I'm sure I'm just missing it somewhere.

I host my site with Yahoo Webhosting and installed on php but did not integrate with my phpbb forum so it is still standalone.  

Can anyone see why I can't upload a picture.  I'm sure I must be missing it.  Thanks to anyone who can help.

When I try to upload a pic I get:

No file was uploaded !

If you have really selected a file to upload, check that the server allows file uploads...

Does anyone have a suggestion or some advice on what I can do?

Switch to single file uploads, enable debug mode for all users, post a test user/password here with a link to your site.

Does Yahoo allow HTTP uploads?

Are you able to FTP images and batch add them to the gallery?
