I can't view the Create/order my albums optin logged as a User, if I try to go here logged as user http://www.mysite.com/gallery/albmgr.php I receive the message: You don't have permission to access this page.
How I can activate this option for users?

Enable 'Can have a personal gallery' in the groups page.
