My Coppermine gallery (http://www.snakebird.net/gallery/ ) and the SMF forum it's bridged with ( http://www.snakebird.net/polaris/ ) both use subdomain independent cookies, so I can log into the forum fine and this logs me into the gallery also.  However, when I use the option to always stay logged in, or define my login session length as "forever", I receive an error when trying to log out:

QuoteAn Error Has Occurred!

Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again.

I've read all of the other threads I could find about login/logout problems, and couldn't find any that address this issue specifically.  I'm assuming it IS an integration problem, since it never happened before the forum and gallery were bridged.

I've created a "test" account with the username "Test" and the password "gallerytest", in case that'll help you troubleshoot this problem.  Please let me know if you can figure out how to fix it.

Been covered before - please search before posting.

You must log out from SMF, not the logout link on Coppermine.
Do not send me a private message unless I ask for one.  Make your post public so everyone can benefit.

I get this problem when I try to use the logout link on the SMF forum.

If there's already a thread about it not being possible to log out from SMF either, could you please give me a link to it?

I'd like to know as well...as I'm having the same problem but not getting the error, it just refreshes the page and I'm still logged in....

when I try to log out from either coppermine or my phpbb board....

Isn't there anyone here who knows the answer to this?  This problem is really annoying for not just me, but also a lot of my forum's other members.

If you get the problem when using SMF's link too then it's not a Coppermine issue.
